BMO Equipment Finance Selects NETSOL’s Transcend Finance Platform

ENCINO, Calif., Sept. 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NETSOL Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: NTWK), a provider of AI-enabled solutions and services powering OEMs, dealerships and financial institutions to sell, finance and lease assets, has signed a contract with BMO in the United States to use NETSOL’s Transcend Finance platform for its equipment finance portfolio.

In moving to NETSOL’s solution, BMO will manage equipment financing assets through the advanced capabilities of Transcend Finance, setting a new standard for efficiency, customer experience, and digital transformation in the financial services sector. This contract marks BMO’s transition from NETSOL’s legacy LeasePak platform to Transcend Finance.
